What is musculature?
The muscles give us shape, protection, support and through them we can move in life.
What are muscle tensions?
Muscle tension describes a certain area in the muscles that cannot return to the relaxation phase (relax). The capillaries, which are responsible for the nutrition of the muscle, are constantly compressed and there is a malnutrition of the muscle. The longer there is poor blood flow in the muscle, the less it is supplied with oxygen. Oxygen is energy and if there is a lack of oxygen in the muscle, there is a lack of energy. The larger the muscle, the more it tends to tense up. The body can compensate for a time, but it is only a matter of time before the other muscle region, due to overload, tense.
A tension has different forms/synonyms
- Shortening.
- Lengthening.
- Adhesion.
- Hard tension.
- Trigger point.

Cause of muscle tension:
- A long-lasting hardening of the muscles.
- Poor diet.
- Poor quality of sleep.
- Lack of exercise.
- Addiction to exercise.
- One-sided strain.
- Bad posture.
- Arises from another disease.
